Description

DBW 303, also known as ‘Karan Vaishnavi’, is a high-yielding wheat variety developed by the Indian Institute of Wheat and Barley Research (IIWBR), Karnal. Released in 2021, it is recommended for early sowing in irrigated regions of North India, including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan (excluding Kota and Udaipur divisions), Western Uttar Pradesh (excluding Jhansi division), Jammu and Kashmir (Jammu and Kathua districts), Himachal Pradesh (Una district and Paonta Valley), and parts of Uttarakhand (Tarai region) .​
